Returns

Product may be returned within 30-days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.  Product must be new in the box for full refund.  Please note shipping and handling charges are excluded.   Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be the purchaser’s expense.  This policy applies only to items purchased direct from www.beararchery.com and does not apply to purchases made through a retailer.

Process for Standard Return Shipping

Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You can reach us at 800.694-9494 or bearcustomercare@beararchery.com.

Pack items in original packaging and include Return Authorization Number on the package. UPS is our preferred carrier, however, if you choose another carrier, make sure they provide insurance and tracking information.  Bear Archery is not responsible for lost packages.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address.
